Hubble Bubble : Bubble Wand Pendants by Parliament of Two**
According to Thorstein Veblen "... We find that in all innovations in dress, each added or altered detail strives to avoid instant condemnation by showing some ostensible purpose, at the same time that the requirements of conspicuous waste prevents the purposefulness of these innovations from becoming anything more than a somewhat transparent pretense" (1)
Parliament of Two** have devised a line of jewellery that defy this description as they are not only an aesthetic marvel, but also function as a bubble wand!
